By using Talkthrough you agree to these terms.
The service
Talkthrough lets you collect client website feedback via recorded walkthroughs and turns them into to-do lists. We provide the service “as is” and aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access.
Trial & billing
New accounts start a 14-day free trial; a payment method is required to begin it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan converts to a paid monthly subscription at the listed price. We email you 3 days before any first charge. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from the billing portal, effective at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you have permission to record feedback from the clients you invite and to process their input through Talkthrough. Don't use the service for unlawful content or to infringe others' rights. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
No reverse-engineering, abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that put the service or other users at risk.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talkthrough is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
